On returns in general, the following policy applies. Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement.

• Credit will be given for return shipping costs.
• No returns accepted after 60 days from the date on purchase record.
• All sale items are final sales.
• Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
